Delete your PetSage account
Account deletion requests are handled by email for security.
For security, we do not delete an account solely because someone submitted an email address. Please contact us from the email address associated with your account.
Users can request account deletion by emailing admin@petsage.in.
We delete account data within 7 days of verifying the request. Some logs may be retained where required for legal or security purposes.
Stored data may include your email, chat history, and pet profiles.
How to request deletion
- Send an email to admin@petsage.in from the email address used to sign in.
- Include the words “Delete my account” and the account email address to remove.
